WHY THIS PROJECT MATTERS

A living archive of the natural Maldives.

Dhiveshi.info is being built as a long-term public record of Maldivian biodiversity. It combines original field photography, species information, local names, references, island observations, and educational content.

Support helps the archive reach more islands, document more habitats, improve identification work, and keep the information freely available.

Each field visit can produce new photographs, species records, habitat notes, life-cycle observations, local names, and educational material. The challenge is maintaining the equipment, travel, research, storage, hosting, and publishing needed to continue this work.
